The government will select the operator next month, he said. The winner of the contract will also pay the 5.9 million euro ($6.9 million) debt the government was ordered by an arbitrator to compensate Tertir for breaking its contract, Forbes said. ....” As previously disclosed, ICTSI continues to review and explore opportunities in the container port industry globally. In connection with this, we wish to confirm that ICTSI is participating in the tender process for a long term concession to operate Guinea Bissau’s main port which commenced in 2015. This is part of ICTSI’s ordinary course of business of acquiring, developing, managing and operating container ports and terminals worldwide. We shall make a proper disclosure on any of these opportunities, including the one in Guinea Bissau, as and when appropriate.
